Employers 4 Change [E4C] is pleased to announce it has joined Cenfluence — championed by Orange County Mayor Jerry Demings and led by the Florida High Tech Corridor Council—to spur regional industry diversification and innovation. Employers 4 Change will collaborate with other key players in the Learning Sciences & Human Performance Cluster(s) and the Cluster Team to attract tangible business opportunities.
Isabella Johnston, CEO & Founder shared “Cenfluence brings expanded resources and support to businesses in the region and Employers 4 Change is excited to work within our Cluster and the other Cluster Teams to continue our growth trajectory.”
Cenfluence takes the approach of understanding and leveraging existing regional strengths. Through partnerships with academia, industry, nonprofits and local government, the effort builds additional support and capacity, allowing economic growth and expansion.

Employers 4 Change [E4C] was founded in 2018 by Isabella Johnston, a serial entrepreneur with 20+ years of experience in development of leadership, mentorship, training, and learning of adult learners. Johnston’s industry experience includes higher education, multidimensional learning, 21st Century Skill, and leadership development.
The E4C software platform solves critical HR issues for employers that increases diversity, equity, inclusion [DEI] recruitment, assessment and 21st Century Skill documentation making the workplace diverse, equitable, and inclusive.
E4C Academy uses Neuro Science Multi-dimensional Learning courses when and where needed to provide job fit and employee skill growth. Our learning modules are streamlined to provide skills using neuroscience multidimensional learning methodology.
